Why is my payment not going through?

The most common reason your payment won’t go through is that your personal information isn’t matching the exact information (name, address, zip code, etc.) on file with the credit card company. Even the smallest discrepancy will prevent the payment from going through.

The second most common reason is that there has been some suspected fraud activity with your account. In either case, we suggest you contact your credit card company to clear the payment and try to check out again. Another payment option is to checkout with PayPal.

As a last alternative, you may e-mail us at hello@copiousbags.com with your desired order (Product Name or SKU and the shipping address). We can then email you a custom invoice and process your order manually.
