What's the minimum I can order?

That’s a great question? You can order a minimum of 100 pcs. This is a great option if you have a new business and/or product, and you want to purchase multiple sizes at a time. However, for the best pricing, you can purchase your bags by the case (1,000 pcs.)

How soon will my order ship?

If we receive your order before 1 pm PST/4 pm EST it will be processed and shipped the same business day (excluding holidays). If your order is received after shipping hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday your order will ship the following business day.

What is the advantage if I register my account?

There are several advantages! You receive up-to-date order status, you can manage your account, and view your order history. Another great advantage is that you will automatically be enrolled in our Copious Rewards Program where you earn 2 points for every dollar you spend and receive discounts and coupons for future purchases. It takes just a few minutes to set up!

How do I know if my order is on the way?

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then receive a second automated email when your order ships. Be sure to open this as it will include your tracking information.

What if I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my order?

This usually occurs because an incorrect email address was entered during the ordering process. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes of placing your order, please contact us with the correct email address and we’ll update your order and resend your order confirmation.

Can I edit my order after I submit my order?

Sure. Just give us a call with and we’ll be happy to edit your order. We must receive the request BEFORE the order is processed (12:30 pm PST/3:30 pm EST) to ensure that we have the time to make the change.

I gave the incorrect shipping address, how do I change my information?
