What's the minimum I can order?
Our minimum is one case (1,000 pcs.). This is a great option for a new business and/or product line. For more established brands, we offer bulk quantity discounts as follows:
- 5,000 pcs. (5 cases) – 10% Discount + Free US Shipping*
- 10,000 pcs. (10 cases) – 15% Discount + Free US Shipping*
How soon will my order ship?
If we receive your order before 4 pm EST it will be processed and shipped the same business day (excluding holidays). If your order is received after shipping hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday your order will ship the following business day.
What is the advantage if I register my account?
You receive up-to-date order status, you can manage your account, and view your order history.
How do I know if my order is on the way?
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. You will then receive a second automated email when your order ships. Be sure to open this as it will include your tracking information.
What if I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my order?
This usually occurs because an incorrect email address was entered during the ordering process. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes of placing your order, please contact us with the correct email address and we’ll update your order and resend your order confirmation.
Can I edit my order after I submit my order?
Sure. Just send an email to hello@CopiousBags.com and we’ll be happy to edit your order. We must receive your written request BEFORE the order is processed (3:30 pm EST) to ensure that we have the time to make the change.
