What shipping options do I have?

At checkout you may choose to have your order shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or DHL Express. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email order confirmation. You will receive a second automated ‘Your order has shipped’ email with your tracking information. You can be assured that all orders are double checked prior to shipping for accurancy.

Why didn’t my order ship the same day as I ordered it?

The most common reason is that your order was received after 4 pm EST. Another possible reason is the order was placed on a holiday or a weekend. All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders received outside of our shipping days and times will ship the following business day.

Can I return or exchange Copious Bags® products?

Your satisfaction and safety are high priorities for us. However, because all Copious Bags® products are FDA approved for direct contact with food, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our bags, and to ensure the safety of your products.

However, if by chance, Copious Bags® has shipped the incorrect product, simply email us a picture of the item with a brief explanation, and we will gladly provide you with a return address label and ship the correct product immediately. You must notify us within 5 days of confirmed delivery.

Does Copious Bags® ship internationally?

Copious Bags® ships worldwide with some exceptions. Orders can be shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, USPS Priority Mail International, or DHL Express when requested during checkout. Keep in mind packages take time to clear customs. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive, depending on the country.

Who pays the international customs fees, taxes, and duties?

International customers are responsible for any and all applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other customs charges that are associated with their country’s policies and regulations. These fees and charges are paid directly to your local government and/or preferred carrier and are not collected by Copious Bags®. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine costs of import duties, taxes, and other charges prior to purchasing. Customs fees and charges are not included in the item USD price or shipping cost. Please allow 1-3 weeks for packages to clear customs, depending on the country.

Can you mark my international shipments as a ‘gifts’?

As an ethical business practice, we do not mark international shipments as ‘gifts’ to avoid government-mandated charges, taxes, and fees. Therefore, you will be responsible for all customs taxes on the items purchased.

Are Copious Bags® products available outside the USA?

Copious Bags® products are sold exclusively through our website and are distributed from the USA. However, we do ship worldwide!

I’ve seen Copious Bags® stand up pouches on other sites. Can I just order from them?

Copious Bags® stand up pouches are sold exclusively through our site Currently, we do not sell through distributors, nor do we sell our products on any other website.

We are aware of websites claiming to sell Copious Bags® products. However, please know that we are actively pursuing any and all violators using our name, images, and/or our registered logo. Copious Bags® is a registered trademark and cannot be used in any way without our written permission.
